Terms & Conditions
At THE EVENT FRAME, we value transparency, professionalism, and mutual respect. The following terms and conditions are established to ensure a smooth, organized, and seamless experience for both the client and our team.
1. Booking & Event Details
- Clients must provide accurate and complete event information at the time of booking. THE EVENT FRAME will not be responsible for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete details.
- Any changes to the event date, time, or venue must be communicated in writing at least 7 days prior to the scheduled event.
- If the event date is changed, the original agreement will be considered void, and a new agreement must be executed under the same client profile.
2. Payment Policy
- A 50% advance payment (booking fee) is required to confirm and secure the event date.
- The remaining balance must be paid on the event day, immediately after the completion of the event.
- For photography and cinematography services, failure to complete full payment after the event may result in temporary suspension of post-production work until payment is settled.
- Booking fees are non-refundable if cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the event.
- All quoted prices are final and non-negotiable once confirmed.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email or written notice) at least 7 days prior to the event date.
- Verbal or late cancellation requests (within 7 days) will not be accepted.
- In cases of unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters or extreme weather conditions, THE EVENT FRAME will not be held liable.
4. Venue & Logistics
- For event locations outside the city limits, clients must provide a GPS-verified address and cover applicable transportation and logistical costs.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring venue access, required permissions, and on-site cooperation during the event.
5. Delivery Timeline
- Final edited photographs may take up to 30 working days, and videos may take up to 45 working days for delivery.
- Delivery timelines may extend during peak seasons, public holidays, or special circumstances.
6. Design & Concept Changes
- No design or concept changes will be accepted on the event day.
- Any requested modifications must be submitted at least 5 days prior to the event date.
7. Use of Images & Videos
- Unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of booking, clients grant THE EVENT FRAME permission to use selected event images and videos for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes.
8. Liability & Property Damage
- Clients will be fully responsible for any damage intentional or accidental to equipment, décor, or property provided by THE EVENT FRAME during the event.
- All official communications between the client and THE EVENT FRAME may be recorded for documentation and reference purposes.
9. Amendments to Terms
- THE EVENT FRAME reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
- Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication on our website or official platforms
