At THE EVENT FRAME, we understand that planning a special occasion comes with a lot of questions. From booking to setup, payments to policies, we’ve answered the most common questions below to help make your experience smooth and stress-free.
THE EVENT FRAME is a full-service event management and creative solutions company specializing in weddings, corporate events, private celebrations, photography, cinematography, graphics design, and 3D event visualization.
THE EVENT FRAME is based in Dhaka, Bangladesh. We provide event services both within Dhaka and across all districts outside Dhaka, depending on the event requirements.
You can contact us through our website contact form, phone, email, or official social media platforms. Our team will respond as soon as possible.
THE EVENT FRAME began working in October 2025 and was officially launched in January 2026.
Your booking is confirmed once the agreement is finalized and a 50% advance booking payment is received.
We accept cash, bank transfer, and other mutually agreed digital payment methods.
No. The booking advance is non-refundable, especially if the event is canceled less than 7 days before the event date.
The remaining balance must be paid on the event day, immediately after the event is completed.
Yes, changes are possible if informed at least 7 days prior to the event. Date changes require a new agreement under the same client profile.
Yes. We offer complete wedding planning, decoration, coordination, and execution services tailored to your vision.
Yes. We manage corporate events, reunions, rag days, receptions, conferences, seminars, and official programs with professional planning and execution.
Absolutely. We organize birthdays, anniversaries, private parties, and surprise events with creative concepts and personalized setups.
Yes. We provide professional photography and cinematic videography services as part of our event solutions.
Yes. We offer graphics design, branding creatives, and advanced 3D event layouts and visualizations.
Yes. All designs and themes can be customized based on your preferences and requirements.
Stage setup may or may not be included depending on the selected package. Additional charges may apply if not included.
Design changes must be requested at least 5 days before the event. No changes are accepted on the event day.
Final edited photos are delivered within up to 30 working days, and videos within up to 45 working days.
Yes. Delivery timelines may extend during peak seasons, festivals, or special circumstances.
Unless you raise a written objection at the time of booking, selected photos and videos may be used for THE EVENT FRAME’s portfolio and promotional purposes.
Yes. We provide event services outside Dhaka as well. Additional transportation, accommodation (if required), and logistics charges may apply depending on the event location.
For outstation events, clients are responsible for transportation, accommodation (if required), and logistics costs.
Cancellation must be submitted in writing at least 7 days before the event. Late cancellations are not eligible for refunds.
In cases of natural disasters or unavoidable circumstances, THE EVENT FRAME will not be held liable.
Clients are fully responsible for any damage intentional or accidental to THE EVENT FRAME’s equipment or property during the event.
Yes. Official calls and communications may be recorded for documentation and reference purposes.
Yes. THE EVENT FRAME reserves the right to update or modify its Terms & Conditions at any time.
